Please describe the load test you have done. Soc beginning, soc max and may be after the load test a discharge test ? if yes to which soc min.

Are these lowest/highest cell voltage live values or absolute one ? Check for exemple during driving if these values are changing.
If they are live data, give the 2 values with a soc near 65%.

Load test live data by Hybrid assistant Soc max 60%, min 39.6%. First charge it to 60% then discharge to 39.6%.

Its live values not absolute. During driving the values are changing from 2.91v to 3.05v. Pack voltage changing from 202v to 214v.

You problem is cell voltage not pack and not battery total.
2.91 to 3.05 Volts for the lowest cell is still too low.
You have 2 possibilities:
-this cell lowest value is false. Wrong decoding for exemple. The packs voltages are ok and the total voltage is ok.
-you have one or several cells too discharged, 0.6 Volt too low. But if then, in the pack you would have one cell with +0.6 Volt. Not good.

I don't see the lowest and highest cell voltage. Do you have these 2 values at 60% soc for exemple.

Individual cell voltage only shows on dr Prius app. I did load test by Torque pro and Hybrid Assistant apps. These two apps show blade voltage containing 7 cells. The highest blade voltage I got 26.4v and lowest voltage 26.2v at 61.2% SOC.

Today I enforced to charge battery upto 71% monitored by dr Prius. Here cell voltage rose to 3.17v with pack voltage more than 214v with showing yellow and red Battery bars at some point. Then cell voltage discharged to 2.90v at 39.60% SOC. Pack voltage were 202v with lowest blade voltage 25.11v.

Thank's for the lowest cell value; they are live values, not absolute historical values. But what about highest cell values ?

Today I got 3.17 at 71% SOC but before problem started it was near 3.80v at 64% soc

Hi, what is the manifacturing year of your Prius Alpha ? What the mileage ?
Do you have lights ON on your dashboard which says there is an issue on your car ?
